What happens if I want to have LISA handle calls differently than she is trained?

No problem! Just contact us with the change you want to make and our team will configure your request, test, and let you know once the change has taken effect. Very few of our clients make changes after the initial setup, however those who do can expect their changes to be completed within 2-4 days.

Can LISA handle "Emergency" requests from callers?

Yes! LISA can take emergency requests for your business (including after hours, weekends and holidays) and even route these calls separately. She can also set expectations with callers on your emergency pricing (if you want her to) and make sure these call requests jump ahead in the queue. Can I test LISA to see how she performs before turning her lose with callers?

Yes! You can easily test LISA as many times as you like before activating her for your callers.

I already have a business phone number...can I use that?

Yes! Many of our customers already have a business line that they are using with in their business. Customers have the option of porting their phone number to our platform. This process usually takes 3-7 days depending on the carrier you are using. Once the number is ported, you will have the same (or more) options for handling your phone number as you do with your current carrier, including Caller ID, 3 way calling, Missed Call Text Back, # of rings, Call Forwarding, and much more. If you decide that you no longer want to continue service with us, you'll submit a port request with your new carrier or platform and your phone number will simply be transferred to the service of your choice and once complete, it will work the same as it did before. Bottom Line - You always have access to your business phone number.

Who owns my customer data?

You own all of your data and your lead and customer data can be downloaded at any time. Data is encrypted and stored safely. All lead and customer data can be exported at any time.
